In order to maintain compliance with the state’s social distancing guidelines and to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff, Homefield Credit Union has implemented the following measures:

·         We will be limiting the number of members allowed into the branch lobby at any one time.  We encourage you to bring the least number of people in to our lobby to complete your transaction(s).  This will allow for smoother traffic flow within the lobby.

·         A greeter will be stationed at the lobby entrance to direct you to the next available employee who will help you complete your transaction(s).

·         Face coverings will be required at all times.  We respectfully ask that that your face mask be lowered when entering our branch for security purposes.  If you are unable to wear a face covering, we ask that you continue to use our drive-up services or call ahead to make alternate arrangements to complete your transaction(s).

·         Directional signs, as well as social distance floor markers, have been placed in our lobbies.  We ask all members to maintain a six foot distance from each other and our staff whenever possible.

·         We have installed protective cough/sneeze guards at our teller windows and in member service offices.

·         Please do not visit a branch if you are sick, have been exposed to someone who is sick, have recently travelled out of state, or have been ordered to self-quarantine.  Instead, we ask that you call us at (508) 839-5493 to speak with a Member Service Representative to complete your transaction(s).

·         Hand sanitizer will be available inside our lobby.

·         Single use pens are available upon request.

·         Coin machines will not be available at this time.

Due to capacity limits set in our lobbies, wait time may be longer than normal.  We appreciate your patience.  Any member who would prefer to make an appointment for an in-branch visit is encouraged to do so by calling the Credit Union at 508-839-5493 or via email.   Members who have a previously scheduled appointment will be given preference when it comes to entering the building.
